Without using their logo? For example, we will donate one dollar for every 10 dollars, to the Make-A-Wish foundation.

I do..there are usually "terms" on their websites.. however I operate my business as a sole proprietorship so the check is still coming from me (like as an individual contribution).. feel free to contact me--we can swap links for each other's web sites!

I believe that even without the logo you would need permission for use of the organization's name. For obvious reasons, charities, especially such well-known ones as the Make-A-Wish foundation, need to protect the use of their name by 'for profit' organizations and what procedures are followed to audit donations.

Here's what the Foundation has on it's terms:

Like most organizations, the Make-A-Wish Foundation maintains federally-registered ownership over its name, logo and various service marks. These marks are property of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America and licensed to each Make-A-Wish chapter for use in conducting official Make-A-Wish business. Anyone wishing to use the Make-A-Wish name, logo or other service marks may only do so with the prior approval of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

My company promotes charitable donations on our website. A portion of every product sold goes to a variety of kids organizations world wide....and we're very proud of it!
