i need to know what their egg sacks look like

They don;t actually have egg sacks, they lay the eggs separately. Here's a picture of an albino Oscar guarding eggs.

Not sacks,fairly neat rows of sort of jellybean shaped translucent individual eggs a little less than 1/8th" long by 1/16th" diameter. The rows of eggs are called a plaque and the area they cover will vary depending on the age and condition of the parent fish,like about 5or 6 inches long by two inches wide,sometimes much larger.

my oscars didn't have sacks...one day i woke up and they were all over the rock...looked like scattered eggs....sprikles of salt....

kinda like caviar, but a reddish brown color.
