I want to do something really nice for my husbands birthday this weekend. His actual birthday was april 5 but I decided to wait until Saturday to celebrate. My husband is 36 and he is very intelligent and hard to shop for so I would like the guys to give me suggestions on what I can do to celebrate? Do guys like to see their women in Lingerie? I want to take him out to Dinner but I don't think that will be enough. He loves video games, basketball, hell he likes all sports but I wanted to do something sexy. Can you tell me what you would like your woman to do on your birthday, tell me what you think is sexy and what gift you would like to receive. Anything you can do to help me would be appreciated. I don't want to keep saying this but we may not be together for his birthday next year because he is going to Iraq in July 07 and he will be gone for at least 12 months and I want to make this one memorable. Thanks for your help

Since we found out he is leaving we have sex almost on a daily basis. I try new and exciting things in that area so that's not the problem.......I want to create something he will remember for a while.

As a former service member I am speaking from experience. Dress yourself up in sexy lingerie. Garters, stockings, corsets, stilettos heels, etc, and take numerous photos of yourself in a variety of poses. Give them to your husband when you are saying goodbye. This will definitely lift his spirits while he deals with the difficulty of being at war and not with you.

Get out of the house.....
Go somewhere ... My wife and I love to go to the mountains. We've rented extremely nice contemporary log cabins that come complete with Jacuzzis, hot tubs and a view. One that we stayed in had a full size basement that was wonderful with a pool table, dart board, poker table that was also a bed room that our 20 year old son enjoyed. These cabins also had full size "fire places". One that we stayed in the fire place was the main "eye catcher" for the main living room ... but ... it was also shared with the master bed room. Wonderful !!!!!
If a cabin is not your thing?
How about a weekend trip "bed & breakfast"?
Allot of possibilities can be found just by "searching online".
As far a creating a "special moment"?
Something real reveling and cut just right "around the assets" that you have? With a rose, bottle of wine, lit scented candles -- I personally like these women that have a great pair of legs that wears the old style hoses "with garters" with the black line that goes up the back of the leg.
Well ? If I keep going ... This won't get posted and it might get a real bad rating. "XX"
Just use your imagination and the gifts the man above gave you and everything will be fine and memorable for both of you.
Also.
I hope that I haven't over done it with the "XX"? I'm probably telling my age? Anyhow.. The wife and I have celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary this past Feb. 14, 07. Yes!! Valentines. Surly I can remember this in my elderly age?
We both have very much enjoyed our trips to the cabin and hope to go again soon. It's relaxing and peaceful. I hope that I've helped in someway or another.

Get a movie. romantic comdy like swet home alabama or how to lose a guy in ten days. wear something easy for him to play with you and if you have some nice stuff under it even better. Make some finger foods for the coffee table and watch the movie while playing back and forth with each other. Nice simple and don't cost much niether. Could just be the movie on the couch after diner if that is more what the two of you prefer.

Pack an overnight bag with lingerie and anything else that the two of you might enjoy in an intimate situation. Make a secret hotel reservation AND a restaurant reservation at his favorite place, then tell him you're taking him out for a night on the town. Have your bag already in the car so he doesn't see it. Tell him you're driving because it's a surprise. Take him to dinner, but skip the dessert (he won't know the reason, but you don't want either of you to be too full). THEN drive him to the hotel. If you want to be extra thoughtful, pack a change of his clothes in your overnight bag. Believe me, he'll think this is incredibly special!

Well.. if he is going to be gone, how about something he can take with him. Maybe a silver medallion you can inscribe ( what ever you like ) he can always wear it on under his uniform and he will always have you close to his heart. or maybe have a professional picture taken or you and the kids ( if you have any ) that he can take with him.
If you can afford it.. rent a hotel room pack an over night bag for the two of you.. change of clothes,, tooth brushes etc.. buy a new sexy lingerie..get room service... champagne .. strawberries.. yours and his favorite dinners.. and have a great intimate night.. just the two of you .. He would love it... and so would you.. Best of luck

why is it that so many people here think that the only thing a man likes is sex???? What ever happened to romance? Things mean little to men, but emotions are very valuable. To love and be loved is the greatest gift one can recieve. So, each and every day, treat him like his dog would...when he comes home, stop whatever you are doing and greet him at the door, put your arms around him and tell him how glad you are that he is home. If more people treated their mates as they do their dogs, there would be a lot more happy people in the world. True, but really sad, isn't it?

If he's a sports buff, heading for Iraq and he's hard to please, buy him a pistol marksmanship course at an(civilian) urban combat training facility. What they'll teach him in a day might keep him alive long enough to get him back to you in one piece! Then, as a topper, when he comes home, have a hot bath ready for him, give him a full-body massage & cook him a great meal when he's all relaxed. Then, put on that lingerie you were asking about...that ought to make his birthday memorable!!!

The lingerie works for me, but If I was in his shoe. knowing that I will be away for sometime. I think he would really like as many sessions of love making. Pamper him passionate sex. As he will surely be missing it. May be try some never explored positions with him, that might blow is mind.

lingerie is great also a nice dinner and maybe a romantic evening in a hot tub. If you dont have one some areas have places where you can rent your own private area. and just make the night all about him
