The ancient pagan religions do redemption stories very similar to the redemption story of Christ. This is highlighted in the Bible itself which records God telling the Israelites not to worship pagan gods (with redemption stories about the son of some god dying and rising again 3 days later) and then turning around some years later and telling them they should believe a very similar redemption story! Why would God do a switcheroo like this? Because the pagan religions were ripoffs and the life/death of Christ was the real thing. It is very likely that the ancient Godly men like Enoch knew God's plan for executing the real redemption story through Christ in the future. Now, if you read the Bible (Genesis 6 for example) and other ancient accounts, you see that many ancient cultures tell of "watchers" or "those who from heaven came" or (as the Bible calls them) "the sons of God", which are all fallen angels, coming to earth and interbreeding with human women, producing giant violent evil offspring. Ancient texts (including the Book of Enoch, it doesn't really matter for the purposes of this discussion whether you think it is Scripture, it is an ancient text) tell of these fallen angels and their offspring starting false religions as tools of control. That is what almost all religion has been since then. The only exception has been the workings of the one true God through the Yahweh-worshippers at various times in history, but even most of that has been mixed with paganism by man (hence Catholicism, the Talmud, etc.) The real truth of history has been passed down by the worshippers of Yahweh, who although not perfect by any means, were much more dedicated to maintaining the accuracy of the stories orally and in written form, than the control-oriented Satanic elite who have changed and twisted the stories in whatever way suited them best (Babylonian gods became Egyptian gods, which became Greek gods, which became Roman gods, which got mashed up into Catholicism, etc.). So that is why we have had two basic religions throughout history: the worship of Yahweh, and the worship of the sun god (this is why so many pagan religions have the same symbolism of the sun & the dragon). Which one is correct? Which one is lying? I'm going to put my trust in the one that changed the stories the least - and whose "holy book", when accurately translated, actually presents a God that makes sense (who has a good plan for all humanity - see website below). One last thought - all the pagan religions base their redemption stories on the winter solstice (the sun being at its lowest point for 3 days and then rising again). What if God created that pattern in nature to testify of the real redemption story - Christ? See website below for more information - particularly an article called "5 Logical Reasons I Pay Attention To the Bible" in the God & Science section, an article about "Aliens" in the Common Questions section, and the articles in the Hell Mistranslation section as well.

In 438 BC the Parthenon was built in Athens: the Greco-Persian War (one of the greatest wars of all time) was fought from 490 BC to 479 BC, with Greece being the victors.

The Peloponnesian Wars were fought between democratic Athens and its allies and statist nobility-ruled Sparta and its oligarchic allied cities. The Spartans were lucky to win, because of Athenian mistakes, but the victory ruined Sparta whose military types were unsuitable to governing anything but slaves, offended everyone, and couldn't handle money or power. See any history site for exact dates on this 27 year long conflict.
