My Missouri P. O. said I termed and that she was to cease interest in me (I no longer needed to report to her) about a year ago. But KS just sent me a summons to court for a revocation hearing. My probation was extended last I knew but the interstate commission sais it was not and that I termed supervision. Am I done or about to go to prison?

Contact the clerk of the court in Kansas and set up a date to appear. Contact the local Legal Aid Society. Walk in and tell the judge you thought you were clear, but you want to do the right thing to conform to the letter of the law. You cannot beat this without facing it. Your best shot at putting this behind you with a minimum of hardship is by voluntarily appearing before the judge. If you have something in writing from your P.O., be sure to take it with you. Good luck

Check the website for the Kansas county that your papers were filed through. They should have a county government website, most of which will have a listing of outstanding warrants.

the only way to find out is contact the parole board and find out. i don't advise going in personally until you have your affairs in order, however. lol

hope it works out for you.
