You don't want to ask them directly? Then, tell them you like them. See what their reaction is. Someone truly likes your by their actions. If they go over board with trying to please you. THEY LIKE YOU. You will surely know who is taking the extra mile to get you to notice them, and who is not.

you can only find out if someone likes by their talks,looks and smiling at you. All you have to do is to give a try to ask her out if she would say yes.
