It has been observed that human beings may grow up to the age of about 21-22.
Trait of height is a multi-factorial, that means, it is regulated by several factors which includes genetics and other environmental factors.
You have no control over genetical factor because the same has all ready been decided at the time of your birth. What you may do is to positively alter your environmental factors in order to gain more height.
You are advised to take well balanced diet which include adequate amount of Protein, Carbohydrate, Fats, Vitamins, Mineral and sufficient amount of water and roughage. Do remember, take natural food products and don't go after the synthetic products in the market.
And also you are advised to take regular exercises which would provide enough room for your muscles to grow

Have an fairly good week and concentrate on the characteristics that make a guy perfect like integrity, honesty and compassion.

If you are a male, there is a good chance you could keep growing. Men often have a second growth spurt around 20 years old. I know a guy who grew an extra 3-4 inches after high school.

Guys are done growing when they are 21-22. So, you could get another inch or two. Maybe. Or you may take after your mother and not your father.

Let me put it this way...
I have a friend whose parents were both somewhere around five and a half feet to five and three quarters feet tall... but he grew to be six and a half feet tall before he was twenty-two. He hasn't grown much since then, so I guess it would depend on the set of genes you acquired during your conception.

A lot will depend on your diet and how much you exercise each day. High protein intake and good cardio workouts will stimulate your growth Hormones.
Go for it !

It will be close but I would bet you have at least another 1 to 1 and a half inches to go.

In all likelyhood, no.
As for the young appearance...you'll bless it in ten years, celebrate it in 30, etc...
