Open internet explore. click the tool menu then click internet options .Click on delete cookies at the bottom. Click ok on the pop-up box. Click on delete files at the bottom . Check the box that say' s delete all offline content . For this setting to take effect, completely close your browser. Also, disable the add-one by going tool menu in internet explorer manage add-ons and disable them in order to decrease the response
