Yes, you can easily recover deleted files from recycle bin.

"Recover My Files" is a popular data recovery software which will recover deleted files emptied from the Windows Recycle Bin, or lost due to the format of a hard drive, virus infection, unexpected system shutdown or software failure.

To make this simple i suggest you to use a program called GetDataBack for Ntfs, try to look it out for a free download, and try also to look for a crack to let it finish the recovering work, just be sure that you have a good spyware protector program before installing the crack.

you can download the getdataback for ntfs from here:
http://getdataback.en.softonic.com/download
Read for the help file to know how to use it properly.

and you can search and download for the crack file for this version on
http://www.cracklib.net

Good luck with that, i hope this help you.
