Fear of clocks or time--Chronophobia. That's as close as I could find to a scientific name.

It does exist and sometimes is related to OCD. However, I don't think there is a regular name for it since it usually has a lot of other symptoms as well. Sometimes people with an anxiety disorder or with a social phobia experience this.

never heard of a specific name for this phobia before. it does exist, but it just may not have a name for it.
there are lots of fears that don't have a "phobia" name associated with. like, fear of not getting the Best Answer Award on Yahoo Answers is a fear, but, it doesn't have a phobia name associated with it, .........yet.

The only thing I could find for "fear of being late" is "fear of tardiness" or tardiness phobia. Now, don't be late for school!
