first of all, for all the smart allicks, I already had the answers, and second of all only answer if you are attempting to get a right answer if you know what you are doing! Thanks to those that tried!

Hi,
Solve:
4e^(x) - 3 = 9 Add 3
4e^(x) = 12 Divide by 4.
e^(x) = 3 Take the ln of both sides. ln(e^x) is just x.
ln[e^(x)] = ln 3
x = ln 3
x = 1.0986
If you check, 4e^1.0986 - 3 = 8.999852537, which is 9 except for rounding error.
Find the domain and range:
y=3^(x) + 5 For this problem any value of x can be substituted and calculated, so all real numbers work. Therefore the domain is all Real numbers. The range is y > 5, because 3^x is an exponential function that is always positive so the range is the constant 5 plus more. Therefore the range is y > 5.
Simplify:
log100^(2x-1) is really the same as
log[(10)^2]^(2x-1) = log(10)^2(2x-1) = log(10)^(4x-2)
Since the base of this log is 10, that means the exponent of 10 is the logarithm so:
log(10)^(4x-2) = 4x - 2
4x - 2 is your simplified answer.
I hope those help!! :-)

1. Collecting terms and simplifying, e^x = 3
x is about 1.2
2. Domain refers to x, which can take any real value. The range is greater than 5.
3. This can be rewritten as (2x-1) log 100. Since log 100 is 2, the simplified version is 4x-2

4e^x - 3 = 9
4e^x = 12
e^x = 3
x = ln(3) - (that's the answer, if you need me to go get my calculator to get a numerical approximation I will though)
y = 3^x + 5
domain -> (-infinity, infinity)
range -> (5, infinity)
log(100^(2x-1)) = (2x-1)log(100) = (2x-1)(2) = 4x-2
how'd i do?

nicely tell her next time she does replica supply up precise or ask why she is copying you. she would only extremely look as a lot as you or she only feeling very insecure as we communicate. And as her pal perhaps you are able to help her out by exhibiting her different recommendations or encouraging her to run a unique race.
