I don't know about the best fruit, but they sure are yummy! They're like a comfort food, like mashed potatoes. A good banana pudding or pie is soooooo good!

I think they are terrific, I saw a list somewhere once that was 2 pages long and explained all the things bananas do for your body and mind.
