Turn around and make a big scene like "You wanna start somethin' punk!!?!?! I will take you outside, thats right. Nobody runs a cart into the back of my heels and gets away with it. Come on sucka, bring it! You can't handle this, oh no!!" LOL but that would be depending on what mood i'm in, like now i'm all bored/hyper.

I would certainly hope that they would apologize and if so, I'd say it's alright. Otherwise, I'd probably just give them a dirty look. I'm sure people don't do this stuff on purpose, they probably just weren't paying attention.

If they didn't say anything, I'd probably get pissed off.
