Start putting cream on it right when you wake up and right before you go to bed. Bring the cream with you to work or school or wherever you go. It will start to heal and do not itch it or touch it just leave it alone.

On most people, a bruise disappears in a week to ten days.
Red, however, is an unusual colour.
Talk to your sister / mother about some pancake...
If it doesn't go away in the next couple of days, see a doctor.

I suggest you have a doctor look at it. Red is not the normal color for a bruise to turn. If is the normal process though you just have to be patient.

Bad news - bruises go away when they are good and ready. But first they turn colors. (Sigh.) But it won't take long to go away.
Consider cover-up that matches your skin in the meantime.

k i was gonna say use makeup then i saw you were a dude.
you can still use it i guess, if your like, comfortable using it lol.
put a steak on it lol
or some frozen peas. i guess
