its because in 1986 on October 22 n.a.s.a. launched a secret shuttle filled with dumb *** juice... instead of making it to space it blew up in the atmosphere causing this liquid to vaporize and spread all over the world... now in liquid form dumb *** juice just makes u a dumb ***, but when vaporized affects have been known to make people misunderstand and take offense to otherwise non offensive comments... wow i just confused my self.... anyway JUST BLAME N.A.S.A. for the seriously serious people!!!
