yes they can help maybe you could look up in the phone book c.a.o. clinic and they will have you come there for check ups and they will also start your paper work for medical and for free wic coupons that will help you have food to eat like milk eggs, cereal, peanut butter, cheese,juice, untill after you have the baby then it will go to baby formula for the baby but the wic place will also help fill out paper work for human services to get you a medical card for your treatment during pregnacy
