im skinny, about 109 pounds and dont have weights and cant go to the gym so how do i get a nice muscular body with fast results am im still in highschool.

what exercises can i do? i mean i at least want the outlines of my muscles...so please what do i do?

If you school has a weight room check the schedule for it's availability or extra classes before or after school. The athletic field should have pull up and ladder bars to use in developing your arms and back. The ubiquitous pull-ups and sit ups are always good.

Running will help define and build leg muscles and increase the size of your chest. Even something as simple as picking up a couple of cinder blocks to do curls when at hope will help. Think out side the box a little for things to do at home that you can do to increase your strength.

And research the net for isometric exercises. You can do them anywhere and at anytime. Good luck.

I just found out that students, whether on a team or not, are permitted to use the gym at their school. Stay late and work out then, or get started now with some push ups, every bit counts.

A JOB i worked at nights my third year in high school stocking at walmart and unloading a truck and pulling a 1500 pound cart around got me strong i weighed 112 pounds after that summer i weighed 160 pounds and could beat almost everyone in arm wrestling

you can drink some nutrition like protein in the milk. Then, do push-ups and sit ups.. Push ups can be done anywhere you like, but you must dicipline while doing it!! For sure!!
