I believe this is true that life flashes by before you die, if you ever see someone that is dieing you can see it in their faces
see them starring at something else I saw my father when he was in the hosp. He saw his mother who pass years before
him looking at him and he smiling . he waited to pass went we left to go home,

I don't really think it means your life. I think it might just be a sudden thought of that your life is coming to an end, and how you don't want to die. That is if you have a sudden frightening dangerous moment. If you are like dieing for a while like and hour to months yeah i think a person probably thinks there life over.

the 90 year old will have flashes of his/ her most important memories or of some moments chosen selectively, on the spur of the moment. at 90 memory is not that good anymore anyway.

Yes its true and its not everything your remember. Its moments that made you you and also memories of the love shown to you in your life. Its fast but seems like its going in slow motion.

I don't think anyone knows for sure what happens the moments before you die, but we will all find out one day.

I have often wondered that. But how would we really know? It is not like someone can tell you from their experience, "yeah i died once, my life flased before my eyes". I think maybe from someone who had a near death experience they might have thought of things from their past...the things that really stick out.

I don't think it's like that, you just kind of remember all the stuff you are leaving behind. It's more or less your desires for wanting to stay alive longer.

I've heard it's true, but I have never been that close to death, so I can't really say for sure.
