Oh, and then there's the Alice in Wonderland kind of thing going on in the video if I remember correctly. I think it's just supposed to be kind of trippy for someone to enjoy getting stoned to it.

The video is Alice in wonderland. The main part is the madd hatter's tea Party.
The song is about a relationship that has reached the point where it will no longer grow to a deeper level.

There is no meaning in most music videos. It is mostly just surrealism and stream of consciousness, or just to be weird.
