The Yahoo toolbar doesn't interfere with Internet Explorer, and I have it, maybe you deleted something important of Ineternet Explorer program files. You only should mess with "Program Files" thing when you know what are you doing.

I had a similar closing problem with Internet Explorer.
I called Microsoft. I was asked if I was using the Yahoo Toobar, I said yes. They told me to remove it because it interfers with Internet Explorer.

I removed the Yahoo Toolbar and have not had a problem with Internet Explorer.

With as many IE7 system defects as i have heard about, extremely frankly IE6 is a more advantageous strong browser. :-P yet, dropping the editorializing and attending on your question ... in case you uninstall IE7 (administration Panel - upload/eliminate courses), your workstation will roll itself decrease back to IE6. And convinced, you'll nevertheless cope with to get on line. yet another risk is to receive the hot loose version of Firefox. yet because evidently like IE7 has tousled your connection, you want to get that fixed first. nevertheless yet another risk: do a device fix to a level earlier you downloaded the hot round of updates. that ought to get IE7 operating back. Then, at the same time as domicile windows once back will provide you the updates, use the custom mode and decline the replace for IE7. wish that enables. strong success!

It sounds like you accidentally deleted something you shouldn't have. Try downloading and installing IE 7. If that don't work, try Firefox 2.0 and use that until you can find a better answer.
