I was driving around chinatown afterschool... a cop is right behind me trailing me for like 2 blocks.. next thing i know i see a red light and hit the brakes hard.. i stopped in the middle of the intersection.. and backed up slowly in front of the police car... he didn't bother to get out... so my question is.. "what are the chances for me to recieve a citation??"

When he gets done laughing he will forget about it. You did the right thing, you didn't run the light. If he wanted to give you a ticket he would have pulled you over and checked your license and insurance card.
Your home free, just don't get so nervous when a cop is around.

If he was going to write you a citation, he would have done it there. He was probably just driving somewhere, they're not always out trying to write traffic tickets, you know.

i own a shop,and i have done the same thing before ,your probably alright on this one,if he was going to cite you he probably would have done it right then,so i think you might be alright on this one,this time,good luck i hope you miss this one.
