Disney has a list of starting salaries on its website. Guest Services pay more in straight pay, but third shift custodial pays more when factoring in the differential.

The entry-level positions at DW and DL all pay the same. This is practical so they can move you around as needed, and/or you can select different work experiences as you choose.

security, and transportation pay the most
but disney is really anal, and be very prepared mentally for the interview.
also, i coculdent get past the gay-ness of how they treat you like a pixy
