I am really getting concerned that the 60 day tax penalty is going to go into effect, costing me a LOT. They said the plan was ready to go, I have yet to be able to access the website, none of us can, and my checks are still locked in the administrator's office. I'm talking with her on Monday about this situation...any advice or am I just screwed?

Road trip. See if they have a real problem on the web site access or if they're just messing with folks. Must be nice to have a job like the administrator to be able to keep money from people that want it. Talk with her face to face. Watch the reaction. Go get her Turtle Girl.

Don't have the money sent to you - have it sent directly to the new IRA!!!!! Touching it (at all) is a pain in the butt... but they should have told you that.
