Do you still support George Bush? My fiancee loves him. I don't discuss politics with her.

I have never been a loyal Bushie. However, I have a unique respect for him as political leader. I think he really believes in what he is doing, he is not swayed by popular opinion, he is a leader, he has moral convictions on the issue of stem cell research, he is loyal to his team, like Alberto Gonzales and he is clear about his intentions and agenda for the country. These attributes I like about him.

To the Country's misfortune he has a one track mind, he doesn't have verbal skills, thus his explanations are robotic and on message, he seems to be a mental light weight on complex issues, it doesn't seem like he learns much or you cannot tell him anything. God knows Colin Powell tried. He is going to be right, even when he is clearly wrong and he is dangerously close to a failed Presidency, since he placed all of his chips on Iraq. I respect the office of President and I respect him as a man. He just doesn't have the dynamism and the robust dexterity to be a problem solver, his tendency is to be the proverbial bull in the China shop, as a result his policies create problems on top of the ones we are trying to solve. Bush is a great President for people who look at problems in a simple way, those who do not think through the unintended consequences and the resulting complexities of a poorly timed decision.

I proudly say I totally support him.

My son in law is a Master Master Sargent in the Marines.

My Nephew graduated from Maritime College and spent 7 active yrs. in Navy. He's still a reserve, His wife Graduated from Annapolis. She's a Pilot and radar specialist on an AWAX Plane.

I have a second son in law who's first cousin's in the Secret Service and has traveled throughout the world with the pres. and VP. He says in person Vice President Dick Chaney and President Bush are great guys.

You don't want these people down your neck. Never argue with a lifer Marine he'll roll off more sh** about the pacified Dem's. than you'll ever hear from FOX News. President Buch will always be his boss. When George leaves, his 20 yrs. will be up.

Then Nasty Ramadan Nancy will run the show.

Never believed a word Bush has uttered...
So I guess I'm anything but a loyal Bushie!
I think your impending marriage is doomed to failure...kinda like Bush's legacy.
Sooner or later, Bush will divide you..like he has divided the nation.
Anybody that "loves" Bush is not in touch with reality...His former chief advisor admits that Bush's Iraq policy is a sham and a failure.
There are definitely smarter fish in the sea than the one you caught. Release her, unless you are too hooked on her bush. Just be prepared to spend the next fifty years watching Fox News and being pusssy-wipped into silencing your opinions.

Best not to discuss politics with ANYONE who doesn't agree with you. Logic goes out the window when that subject comes up. I'd keep things on a loving level, like sex. Politics doesn't solve anything anyway. If it did, we'd all be living in a perfect world by now, wouldn't we?

I support and respect President Bush, yes. I find the manner in which you ask your question quite disrespectful. He is the President of the United States, not your buddy. Thanks
