If the liberals succeed in surrendering the war, will they defend themselves when the terrorist come here and start killing people, or will they roll over and be killed. I can tell you I will not roll over!!

omigod weakly based opinion? I guess you forgot about 9/11, typical lib with a short memory, or are you one of the kooks that believe our govt. blew up the WTC.

I'm conservative, but there is evidence that suggests that our government [factions within government] blew up the WTC complex [WTC 1, 2 & 7 - the others were demoed later-on]. There is also evidence that shows the buildings fell at near free-fall speed appearing to defy newtons law because the way the building was structured (google the NIST report); even though this idea is full of fallacies - the blue prints have been recently leaked out (they were for a while the only blueprints to a publicly funded structure not available) that discredits the NIST report to some degree, so in-fact newtons law would be violated according to the blueprints (the way the structure was built according to NIST was wrong).
I believe that a better investigation into the 911 attacks is warranted - or at least a better explanation.
FYI: I believe most of the propaganda that is spewing out of the mass media is due to Rosie O'Donnell and Charlie Sheen asking qustions. Rosie O'Donnell has been mis-quoted as of late - she flat out said that she did not believe the government did it - she just asked questions about WTC building #7.
As for the *war* which war are you speaking? The so-called war on *terrorism* or the war for oil and perminant basses?
Eeeeeeck - Liberalism is dirty in that it allows socialists ideas.. and in-fact .. these wars appear to be more of a liberal idea than conservative one.

No one KNOWS for sure what will happen when we leave Iraq, whether it's soon or a long ways off. All we can do is make the best decision with the information we have.
3,500 troops have died, 21,000 wounded, countless Iraqis have lost their lives. Yes, Saddam's gone, that's good, but there is an established government now. We need to let the Iraqis take over. They need to secure their country on their own.
If anything, I'd think the insurgents want us out of Iraq. We don't know that they will attack here if we leave. You are making unfounded assumptions.

Isn't it amazing that the people most quick to call people cowardly are the people who are unwilling to fight at all and wish no one else would.
I'm a democrat. Not a liberal. I'm also from a family that is formerly Islamic. I know what Islam has planned for the rest of the world.
I'll be fighting next to you, as an American, first, a democrat second.

Can conservatives not see that Iraq has already plunged into turmoil? That it's already in a civil war? Can they not see that the insurgents are already extinguishing the lives of foreigners and other Iraqis who dare to challenge them? Can they not see that the various ethnic groups are already butchering each other, even as we speak? Can they not see that Iraq is already a haven for various terrorist groups to base in, and then strike against the coalition? Can they not see that almost 80% of the Iraqi population wants us out? See? Liberals can play this game too.

What the terrorists will or will not do is just a weakly based opinion-
what we DO know is that the Neos want to stay in a burning house until it falls on us all-
AND then, the terrorists will come and our troops will all be wasted over there in Iraq.
WAKE THE ____ UP!

well to get to the heart of terror we would have to invade Saudi Arabia; and as every good neocon bush bot believes they are good law abiding christian conservatives without affiliation to terror. So the terrorists have a country protected by the USA to breed without any threat of ramifications nice to be the #1 oil producing country in the world!!

Accolades to our government for the grand job they have done with mind control. All you robots out there, America went to war for the oil. It was not about weapons of mass destruction--It was not about terror--It was not about Saddam--It was not about democracy--It was not about patriotism--It was not about Iraq terrorists coming to America. It was about control of oil.
Imagine, if you can, in your brainwashed mind that this piece of sand in the mid-east did not have oil. Do you seriously think we would have invaded Iraq, and persisted in this unpopular cause for over 4 years if this fractured country did not have oil? We shall and will declare victory when we have clear control of the oil. In the interim period, the propaganda machine will continue to crank out the message of gloom and doom to a disillusioned American public.
I'm not a liberal or conservative, but I already have my AK-47 just in case the real terrorists do show up.
