See, kleenex are a lot like moose. One is a 'moose', twenty-seven are still called 27 'moose'.

So it's kleenex either way.

Neither. I believe Kleenex is a brand name. Tissue and tissues are the appropriate terms.

It's tissues...or snot rags, if you wanna get down and dirty.
Kleenex is a brand name but, I suspect, like the words sheep or fish, can be singular or plural ("Please hand me a Kleenex. No here, take all the Kleenex.")
