What do I do after I get mewtow,and get the rainbow pass in pokemon firered?

I am asking how to get deoxys, how to get there because I tried the mystery gift with my friend who also doesn't have the auora ticket. it didn't work

Theres two ways to get Deoxys in Firered

1) Gameshark-I wouldn't recommend this option because it runs a risk of glitching your game.
2) The ticket-obtained through a joyspot (Pokemon Center in new york) or through a ninentendo event. This will allow you to access islands 8, 9 and to capture other pokemon in addition to Deoxys.
