We take Omega 3 supplements. If you check bread when you buy it look for the
Omega 3 symbol. There is no taste with the supplements. A lot of milk products
have Omega 3 in them. I drink So Good soy beverage with Omega 3 in it. It
accounts for 30% of your daily needs. There are a number of ways to get your
Omega 3's. Check with www.mayoclinic.com for more information. Good luck
with your search. And Happy Easter!!

Flax seeds contain omega 3s.You can use them as egg substitutes in recipes or in smoothies
Flax Seeds
How to use it:
1 Tablespoon flax seeds plus 3 Tablespoons water replaces one egg. Finely grind 1 tablespoon whole flaxseeds in a blender or coffee grinder, or use 2 1/2 tablespoons pre-ground flaxseeds. Transfer to a bowl and beat in 3 tablespoons of water using a whisk or fork. It will become very gooey and gelatinous, much like an egg white. In some recipes, you can leave the ground flax in the blender and add the other wet ingredients to it, thus saving you the extra step of the bowl.
When it works best:
Flax seeds have a distinct earthy granola taste. It tastes best and works very well in things like pancakes, and whole grain items, such as bran muffins and corn muffins. It is perfect for oatmeal cookies, and the texture works for cookies in general, although the taste may be too pronounced for some. Chocolate cake-y recipes have mixed results, I would recommend only using one portion flax-egg in those, because the taste can be overpowering.
Tips:
Always store ground flaxseeds in the freezer because they are highly perishable. This mixture is not only an excellent replacement for eggs, it also contributes vital omega-3 fatty acids.

if you don't eat fish, then supplements are really easy. I add flax seed oil to my smoothie in the morning, but I also take a capsule every day - it's so easy and I get my omega-3s every day - they have some which are odorless - I don't taste anything.

I just read about these supplements and that you have a good reason to be afraid of them. Taken from their original form, (in fish), they are highly toxic to the system and can also create arterial plaque near the heart. The supplements are almost indigestible for the human body. Think about it, do you really want to ingest another animals chemicals and biologicals into your body that were initially meant for theirs?
To help your mood, eat less sugar and more fresh fruit. Sugar causes the adrenals to over extend themselves and you become exhausted from the workout. Natural fruit sugars, in WHOLE fruits, is easily digested, answers the body's call for a sweet treat and keeps your adrenals healthy and happy!
Best of luck and I hope this helps!

omega 3's are hard to get, especially if you dont eat fish. if you really want omega 3's that bad i suggest you taking the omega 3 supplements. they are safe. if not the FDA ( food and drug admin.) would not approve of it. No and they do not taste like fish. they come in capsules like pills. Gel caps to be exact.

Whole ground Flaxseed Meal. I buy Bob's Red Mill (Organic) Golden Flaxseed Meal...it comes in a yellow bag and you can buy it at a health food store like Whole Foods. I just throw a tablespoon or two into my smoothies or into my cereal in the morning. It provides fiber, lignans and Omega-3 fats. It's totally natural, so healthy...it's awsome!

You can get them from eggs. As for supplement, don't worry about the fishy smell. There isn't any in capsules nor tablets forms. However, supplements are unnecessary unless you're above 40+ years or else you'll only land up with expensive urine.
