First of all shirts just don't fly off of people unless done purposely. Second, if you do that on purpose knowing you're not wearing a bra that means you want people to see you topless and that means you just want some attention.

Is it a hot day? I would probably wish I was you if it was a hot day and a gust of wind blew so hard to cool me off and my shirt flew off with the no bra...I would just be cooler...but I am not you...so I would laugh...

I don't know if I would laugh. I would look for sure. That is one of those things that you have to look just to make sure that is what really happend. Then I would either try and get your shirt or offer you mine.
