I would ask him if he would like a divorce. and then serve papers on him asking for 1/2 of what is his and get the hell away from such a person. choose more wisely next time. He sounds like a pig

I would tell him that I don't appreciate his verbal and mental abuse and that he'll be the one getting all the exercise when he comes home one day and all his stuff is sitting in the yard..
