when i print something in color it always turns pink insted of its real color
for example i tried to print something that was red and blue it turned light and dark pink
its a new cartriadge and its a officejet g55 printer

Hi. The connection ribbon may have become loose. Try to gently wiggle it at both ends. Then do a 'clean heads' and try again. Good luck!

Most likely its not printing one basic color.
Get the print head checked for clogging.

Make sure your print quality is not set to [Draft, Quick,Fast, etc] which produce a lower quality and color change.
