i love many of the ones he's done but here is my top 5.
5. dumb and dumber
4. me, myself and irene
3. ace ventura: pet detective
2. liar liar
1. eternal sunshine of the spotless mind.
dumb and dumber: so funny, and so early nineties. you've got to respect someone who is a bigshot hollywood actor who decided to take out his capped tooth because the teeth were so much of what the character would have.
me, myself and irene: he did so well in this movie. he came off so hilarious and super vulneralbe, sweet. And farrelly brothers make the best comedies.
ace ventura is potty humor-esq, but still hilarious and it totally launched his career.
liar liar is funny, cute and has a great message. another great role for him.
eternal sunshine of the spotless mind is one of those movies that you come across by accident because your girfriends are like, "its so cute you have to see it". and me being me def. does not want to see it based on that. but andy kaufman projects are brilliant. not only is the story well told, sweet, painful, beautiful; but the actors, including carrey do an exceptional job.
so yeah i wouldnt say i love him because i dont know, i dont love actors really, but he does put out some really great movies.

I really loved Jim Carrey in Liar Liar (my fav.) and Bruce Almighty. He was funny, but not stupid. I'm not a big Ace Ventura or Dumb and Dumber fan b/c he was just stupid, not so funny.

I love them all, I've seen them all...My favorites The Mask, Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, Fun with Dick and Jane, The cable guy, Bruce almighty. Wait, am I listing them all...I better stop and say That they are all good. I can't wait to see his drama: #23. Awesome question.

I love them all too he makes me laugh sooooo hard Liar Liar is maybe my fav but have you seen the number 23? That one is really weird!

i love very almost any Jim Carrey action picture, yet i assume if I had to %. it should be 'Liar Liar'. it really is hilarious! His new one, 'convinced guy' is likewise extremely strong yet i don't believe of it beats 'Liar Liar' nevertheless!

I'm not a big fan, he's too over the top for me. But I did like the Truman Show and Bruce Almighty.
