I am so jumpy. My husband always announces himself when he walks into a room I'm in and I don't see him. He knows if he sneaks up on me I'll scream and drop whatever it is I'm holding at the time.

No, I'm not startle or scare easily. As Martial Arts Instructor, I must conquer my fear, before I could beat any opponent and win any duel.
I dunno if that could be called nerves of steel. I mean I still have my fear, but I choose not to be drown with it....

My nerves are made of steel unless I see a bug then I freak out and jump on a chair! I eventually get down and get the raid and kill the little *******! lol

you may desire to easily have some form of tension or something, possibly you're truly stressful all the time? i've got self belief being irritating or stressful could contribute to being intense strung.you may desire to talk to a psychologist or something if it truly is truly bothersome, or do exactly yoga/ something calming, solid success.

I scare very easily but you don't want to scare me...last time my hubby tried he wound up with a bloody nose and broken glasses.

I actually kicked at a car shadow last week while walking. My IPOD was too loud and I just thought someone had walked up on me. I was totally embarrassed......
