Why do they misuse their time and resources on being wrong to one another? Aren't we all Americans, trying to look after our country? Aren't we trying to fix problems instead of playing the evade and blame games? I'm seriously tempted to start giving everyone a thumb down, regardless of their answers, party affiliation, or any other important information. I really am sick of "Why do Libs/Cons hate" questions. It's all immature and unenlightened BS that proves President Jeffereson was right when he said the common man couldn't correctly guide this country. Think I'm wrong? Look his letters up. He said it in written concourse on three seperate occaisions, if not more. I'd like to answer his challenge, and prove we can. Will you help me?

I think a lot of the BS you see on here is just kids - at least I hope so! Sometimes, it's so bad I can't even handle reading the "questions" and just log off

. I admit, I've joined in more than once, but I really *do* appreciate the good arguments I've seen on here - just wish there was more of 'em.

Um, ALL liberals and conservatives? Ahem!

I know my answers get a little over the top at times.

Strictly speaking, non-questions, rants, and all cases of insulting other participants are abuses of the Guidelines for use of this site (click link bottom of page), and so can be reported.

Since I recently made a boo-boo, they no longer investigate my reports, so I've tended to either move on or reply, than report.

But I urge you to report all the non-questions, insults, and mere rants. Yahoo will remove a lot of them, and there will be less sludge on this site. When they remove something, they dock the user 10 points; incorrigible are banned from the site.

BTW, it doesn't so much prove Jefferson right, as shows a) how divided we are these days, and b) what a very poor educational system we have.

People don't learn how to reason well, have little respect for evidence and accuracy, and don't have a good grasp of such trivia as the Constitution of the United States of America.

Liberal in in basic terms a customary open-attitude experience. i'm going to settle for many something if there's a good reason or reason for it. yet i do no longer probably delve into politics; have not got adequate Lemon Pledge to freshen up after the mudslinging. My mom, on the different hand, is rather conservatively political yet waiting to have confidence in something with out good reason. She's decrease down on Fox information because of the fact she knows it bugs me, yet i'm no longer able to make her provide up observing historical aliens or Mystic Mermaids television specials for the existence of me. BQ: Brown BQ2: My friends, besides as human beings i admire. BQ3: Citrus. i'm a wimp with carbonated stuff, the only one i will drink is Mountain Dew (or perhaps then, no longer too lots).

THOMAS JEFFERSON THE LEFT-WINGER

"The parties of Whig (radical) and Tory (defined as conservative) are those of nature. They exist in all countries, whether called by these names or by those of Aristocrats and Democrats, Cote Droite and Cote Gauche, Ultras and Radicals, Serviles and Liberals. The sickly, weakly, timid man fears the people, and is a Tory by nature. The healthy, strong and bold cherishes them, and is formed a Whig by nature."
-Thomas Jefferson to Lafayette, 1823. ME 15:492
