If they dont bite on Quinn or Russell, they'll almost certainly take Calvin Johnson, but most likely they'll take Russell.
The first running back is hands down gonna be Adrian Peterson

Raiders have to start over and go with Jamarcus Russell. Brooks and Walter may be the worst tandem of quarterbacks in the NFL, and they need playmakers desparately. While there are pressing needs everywhere on offense, it always starts with the quarterback, so Russell is the answer. Afterwards, they can focus on the offensive line, which may be the worst group in the history of the NFL. We will never know how good the Oakland playmakers are until the quarterback gets time to make plays, so basically it's quarterback should be priority 1 and Oline is priority 1a for the Raiders.
The first running back will be Adrian Peterson. He may have fallen as far as Minnesota at the number 7 spot given the changes in free agency. If the Browns don't take Brady Quinn, expect them to take a hard look at Peterson at the number 3. Regardless of the spot however, Peterson is the most talented back, and is sure to be the first to go amongst runningbacks

Raiders either go with Russell (odds on favorite) or Johnson. Quinn really doesnt fit the "RaiderNation" mold and Al seems to think that is more important than actual talent at the moment (there was a time when he was an outstanding talent evaluator....that time has passed). As for RB Peterson is the clear cut choice as top RB chosen but as to who picks him, that is up in the air. Cleveland is a possibility but i think they will take one of the 2 QBs if they are available. The best money would be on a team moving into Washingtons 6th pick and grabbing him ahead of Minnesota (who if he slides to pick 7 will definately take him).

Raiders will take Russell at number one because al harris loves a strong arm and jamarcus might have the strongest ever. The first running back will be Adrian Peterson, it just depends where. The Browns left a crack in the door after they got rid of Ruben Drounghs(?) nd picked up Jamal Lewis, but Lewis is still young, his durability is just a question. Peterson might drop if the Browns pass him up. I see him dropping as far as number 10 to the texans since all the other teams have decent rbs nd they all need defensive help. It'll be Peterson first, it just depends where, but I got the Texans.

For their own good, I think the Raiders should trade down in the draft, but they'll probably take Jamarcus Russell with the 1st pick. I think it's very possible that Lynch gets taken before Peterson, depending on how spooked scouts are about Peterson's injury history, but Peterson will probably still go first.

The Raiders will take Russel, but they should trade down too get some 2nd or 3rd rounds picks to fix that garbage Offensive Line.
If they were forced to keep the pick they should take Calvin Johnson.
