usually when I am warm. When I need a "cold shower" I let my husband know what time it is!

i don't take a cold shower, but before i turn off the water, i turn the water to cold and rinse my hair....

after i run in p/e or when im really hot. i have 8th period p/e so i shower when i go home when we have to run. i usually turn it to cold. then after 3 seconds i turn it to hot :)
