No, you didnt eat alot, and yes it is too much unhealthy stuff. A donut has a lot of trans fat and saturated fats and isn't good, the salad was the only good thing. The potatoe chips have nothing but saturated fat also. And soft drinks should be drunk in moderation, it has been about 3 months since I've had any soft drinks. You need to be getting more fruits and vegetables, and drink more water daily.

Your weight is fine.
You did not eat alot you actually probably didn't eat enough for the entire day. You also didn't eat well.
Nix the donuts, chips and dew from now on. Stick to a healthy breakfast, salad is good but get your protein too. Try to switch to diet soda but it is best if you can start to love water :)

you need to start eating a balanced diet! Firstly, what you listed there is not enough, and furthermore, there is very little nutrition in your food choices. There are plenty of good teen diets on the web, gofind one and eat balanced!

You ate a lot of calories with very little nutrition. Even though you are not overweight, you still need plenty of fruits and veggies to stay healthy.

not enough!!!! and you are making the wrong food choices, could you have an eating disorder? 95lbs is very thin, if you are worried about gaining weight then you should be eating healthy, at least then if you are going to be thin you will still be nourished and strong

no. Just the other day I ate 4 packages of reeces cups, three regular cokes, bowl of cereal, half a bag of cheetos, whopper and fries from burger king, carrots, about 2 or 3 servings of cheesy potatoes and a slice of ham.
