i have't had any milk, as a matter o' fact any dairy in 2 years. oh, man, my pimples are history. dairy makes mucus in da system. and u know what? i have some real healthy teeth n bones as my doc says.

Actually 1% but frm those 2 up there mos deff 2% whole milk tastes to fattening and creamy to me
