I usually just laugh at them *grins* I think it's cute when someone is trying to beat me at something or be more like me. I'm flattered.

I love the competition. It spurs me on to do better for myself. Self-motivation is all right, but competition makes me step up and do my best. Being competitive is best done in moderation, as it can get annoying.

However, to deal with someone who's constantly competing with you, you should be apathetic to their efforts and continue on. They are only stressing themselves out by trying to outdo you. In the meantime, just do as you would always do if he or she were not around. If you happen to do better than the other person effortlessly, all the better.

I take out my guns and threaten them! That always takes care of them. Unless they're a hot woman and I get a case of the tingles... oh I just mentioned the word 'case' and now I think it's drinkin' time!
