someone that gets like 50 best answers a day, 10,000 points in a week, or if you notice that someone has two accounts by only choosing best answers between the two accounts. different things like that. good luck.

It's hard to tell. Sometimes a really high % of best answers is a clue

They have more than 15% best answer....
It is not realistic that anyone could have over 20% without something being amiss.....
