Afraid of marriage? No. Marrying the wrong woman because I rushed into marriage, ignored all the red flags and winding up with a wife who doesn't respect me and is bent on making me pay for her resentment that she is determined to take to the grave? Absolutely.

I'm 43 and single. I was never interested in the possibility of marriage until I turned 40. Since then I have been dating, and boy... this finding the right woman to marry thing may take a while or maybe never happen.--smile.

Not afraid - I've been married twice - both good experiences. I wouldn't want to do it again. I'm in it for good.
