Apparently so. Look at the majority of the US people! Our rights are being taken away one by one. Every election we get the same batch of thieves and criminals wearing new names and different masks! They still vote on who is more popular with OTHER people or who is cuter or better known rather than by examining the voting records or other proof of the stands these people believe in.

We've had the government playing dodge and shuffle for so long the American people seem to prefer it. "What? We have a major scandal? We promised WMD and there weren't any? You don't like this? umm.. umm... It's the MEXICANS that are the problem! Build a wall!"
"Terrorists might come across the Mexican border! Oh No! Build a wall!"
And off the American people go to build a wall. Never mind that none of them came across that border... they came from Canada. Those that tried to come across were turned in... by Mexicans who had made it across the border and preferred being sent back to allowing a terrorist to get through. Where is the Canadian fence?

My Mom spoonfed me Catholicism for 25 years and now I am a Buddhist. So, no. I haven't developed a taste for the Bush Administration either.

Bushco:

"If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic, and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the state to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State."

All of the middle class people who continue to vote for the Republicans seem to have acquired a good taste for it. I wonder if they'd still like it if we had 10 more years of Right Wing controlled government? They'd all be working at Walmart, living in leftover FEMA trailers & sending their kids off to die for Haliburton in whatever country we decide was hosting the war on terror at the time....

Surely you can't believe Gordon Brown will be a good PM? Hopefully, he won't believe his own bull's excrement and will decide not to go for it.

Chuckle....never ask the cook what's in the sauce, he or she might tell you. I have been served my daily ration of your tainted ingredient for several years now and at least I know what to tell the shrink is the reason for my recent development of anorerxia.

No I don't think so. But I think it would become more and more bear able. If you were only fed it from when you were a child you wouldn't know of anything else, so you wouldn't know it tasted bad (but you might not necessairly like it)

I doubt it! It's not possible to "acquire a taste" for everything! I tried to acquire a taste for beer for about 4 years, but eventually gave up. It just wasn't happening. I even WANTED it to happen, but it didn't.

So, I highly doubt anyone (unless they had a mental disorder) could EVER acquire a taste for eating manure/sh*t. Especially since no one but a mentally messed-up person would keep trying it in the first place! LOL

Watch Faux Snooze and you'll get the same effect...! No difference, actually...! I tried to watch but the taurus excretia was simply too much for me to stomach and I HAD to stop making myself sick with it...! I guess some dim-witted people can adapt to it... I certainly couldn't. That's also why I retch everytime I hear that drooling idiot (Dubya Howdy Doody Bushit) trying to speak!
