Here he is... what is he? He's 7' long and 3 years old (according to the person I got him from). Also, one of the tiger barbs is nipping him. He's not fighting back. What to do?

Yep it is an irridescent shark. They are peaceful and will not fight back against the Tiger Barb. Move the Tiger Barb. Here is some info on your catfish.
