Well i went to basketball practice and it was hurting (my feet) like i was adding to much pressure on my right food so then i took it off and the ball of my foot was purple now i got a blister and it hurts! its huge man!! what do i do to make it go away easy i am NOT going to happen but yeah what do i do put ice on it or what? help and what is an estimate of when it will go away

im sorry if u dont understand im really distracted right now family tragedy but the thing i said was that im not going to pop the blister. so in how many days will it go away its oval and as big as my toe thumb

I can commiserate with you on huge blisters. Especially on the sole of the foot. The best thing to do is to keep it dry and covered, even if it means changing your socks frequently to keep them dry. After a few day, it should be ok to pop the blister, near and edge with a sterile needle and then cover it again.

Having trained for 2 Charid 60 mile walks I got a lot of big blisters. We had a doctor along that seemed like all he did all day was pop and bandage blisters. I took pictures of several walkers feet showing how much they were taped up to get through the walk. I had one on my heel that was about 2" in diameter. Something we did to help keep our feet dry was to put antiperspirant on our feet. It sounds weird but it really helps!

ew thats gross
soak ur feet and warm water mixed wit bath salt
and ice ur feet of course

That depends on if you keep rubbing it or not.
It should be checked out by a doctor.
