I have a hunch that this was probably meant for females, but I'll go for it in case it was for everybody. I have no hair in the summer (I shave it). Much easier to wash head, face and all. In the winter I don't cut my hair at all and it gets kinda long. I usually have a pony tail by the end of winter. But either way, I wash it everyday. My hair is baby fine and I can't stand it when it's dirty. And I can't stand for my shaved head to be sweaty and oily.

Daily. I usually just wash the scalp everytday though...the ends don't need it as often. My hairdresser told me most people can wash their hair once a week and be alright. I thought the idea of that was gross but she said that your body will adjust and not produce as much oil.

Every morning after I wake. And before I go to bed. But it's only because I have really curly hair and if I want it straight I have to wash and blow dry it. If I want to wear it curly I just wash it the night before work.

I wash it with shampoo AND conditioner twice a week. I rinse it with conditioner 3 times a week.
