Arcade Game?

iam trying to find the arcade game, wher you choose between four characters (one is a mexican guy, a panther, and two other characters. Each character has a different type of gun, and you basically pop ballons as the float down .when u pop one, it breaks into smaller ballon. once the level is complete, you collect an art piece (from a art collection). the mission is to collect the missing art pieces. What is the game called?
