There is....or at least, the woman usually thinks there is. What I've found in this case it's not so much that she loves you or her husband, or anyone else, for that matter. It's more that she can't bring herself to really even like herself. She's usually working out personal things in her own head that have nothing to do with you or her husband, bad relationship or good one. She sounds like she needs some time away from both of you to do a bit of soul searching on her own.

yes there is such a thing you can have love for someone and not be in love with them. The woman u are talking about kind of sounds like me. I love my husband but i am not in love with him and i know some people say there is not a difference but yes there is. I am in love with another man have been for about 3 years. I do more for the man i am in love with than my own hausband. I do not question anything he asks me to do where as my husband i do not do near as much for him not to be mean but just because i do not love him that much

I think after you share some many experiences with someone you love them differently. You care for them, and you couldnt think of hurting that person. But being "in love" means lust, and passion, and a whole different type of love. Being "in love" means that you want to create experiences with that person now, and that the person you used to be in love with has passed. Thats why when people marry they really have to work at the relationship so that it doesnt reach teh level of no longer being "in love".

I think there is a such thing but its always like that...she obviously was in love with him at one point and once that newness, for lack of better word, wears off, its a bond that once weakened can be considered not in love anymore, then she emotionally gets involved with another and the newness returns, thus, she is now in love with him but loves her husband...I myself say its more lust than a love but its real enough to end marriages...I don't understand why persons, men and women don't understand their wedding vows..it clearly indicates for better or worse, richer or poor and in sickness and health...or is it so many people are not as good as their word having vowed to Lord, Jesus Christ...and they still can allow their love to end or at least fade away enough to fall in love with someone else.

Ummm dude,
No offense, but having a husband is some pretty heavy baggage. Not only isn't she rowing with both oars in the water (whacky), you could wind up getting hurt.
Dump this woman and find a nice single lady who likes you.

Seems she wants the best of both worlds...you need to let her go and figure her marriage out and you need to find someone that deserves your love. If she is doing this to him what makes you think she wont do this to you.
