It's pretty hard to really compare those 2. Ninjas are with martial arts and pirates are not close to martial arts. They have weapons and ninjas fight with hands and swords.
So how exactly do you compare or on what point of view do you want comparison?

dude i think ninjas are better in my opinion because they can fight better and have better techniques but the only good thing about pirates are the way they dress and their jokes, ( also their accents ) but thats about it, when it comes to fighting, pirates are tough but not stronger than ninjas. Ninjas are lethal and quick and can do amazing attacks and they have cool moves while pirates have swords and stuff. I like both but i think ninjas are better, also, ninjas have more experience because they have been in history longer than pirates, ninjas came before pirates.

properly, ninjas are assassins and pirates are more advantageous rogues, so there's a distinction. favourite, ninjas were fairly experienced, the position pirates oftentimes were no longer, so i could go with the ninja as prevailing a wrestle/killing. notwithstanding, pirates could probable know more advantageous positive the thanks to barter and con, so in a sport of wits i could go with the pirate.
