Or get accepted to their Business school?

No -- but I taught at one.

I got into Cornell's B-School -- but turned it down to go to Duke. I later got a PhD at Berkeley -- and taught at Wharton.

Is there a particular reason you are asking? All of the Ivy League schools that offer an MBA are good. But there are several other schools that are as good or better. I'd choose Duke, Northwestern, MIT, Chicago and Stanford over any Ivy League school except Wharton.

An Ivy League school is a once in a lifetime opportunity that only a few have the opportunity for.

In quality and in name recognition, they are head and shoulders above any other US schools. Take the chance if you have it, or you'll spend the rest of your career explaining why your school was "almost" as good as an Ivy League or comparable in some aspects.

Good luck!
