You'll need lots of patience! Backs are notoriously difficult to heal, as it's so hard to rest them. Follow instructions from your physio and be patient!

I hope I have understood your question. The spelling is really bad. I think you are suffering because of a strained back. There is little we can do other than use and ice pack and lay on it. Don't use heat because that causes more blood flow. Only time will help you heal. When you are better, do start walking. Start out with 10 minutes and work up a few minutes every day. Good luck. You also may want to take a pain reliever eg. Tylenol.

since it's been 5 weeks you need to tell you doctor to give you a referall to a othupedic doctor or you call and see one yourself. i'm gussing your doctor is a md doctor if she is she can only help with certain things and meds. don't always do the trick it could be more to your back ,like your disk could be hitting a nerve which could be causing the numbness, so since you or your insurance is paying her you have that wright to go and get the help you deserve so you need to call your doctor first thing monday morning and go and see a orthapetic doctor so he can get you into physical therapy the longer you wait sometimes insurance might not pay for it or if you hurt it on the job compersation might not pay and if you need a second opinion . if you feel you need to see someone else and your gut tells you to see someone else then see someone else.i pulled my back to and the next day i was referred to a specialist and i had the same symptoms you had thats how much trust you should have in a doctor

Well it sounds to me that you have back strain & i recommend you take a couple of weeks rest and a dose of eight Nurofen tablets a day. If this doesnt help, consult your doctor.
